2. Overview

We have built this website to collect as little data as possible:

• We do not use cookies or similar technologies (such as local storage) to store information on your device.
• We do not use analytics, tracking, advertising or social media plugins.
• Fonts, icons, scripts, images and maps are served from our own web server. Your browser does not connect to any third-party service while you browse this website.

Personal data is therefore only processed as described below: technically when the website is delivered to you (section 3), and when you contact us (section 5).

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus. The server is located in Lithuania, within the European Union.

Each time you access the website, the server automatically records the following information in log files:

• IP address of the requesting device
• Date and time of the request
• Requested page or file, and the amount of data transferred
• Website from which the request came (referrer)
• Browser type and version, operating system
• HTTP status code

This data is required to deliver the website, to ensure its stability and security, and to detect and defend against attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the secure and error-free provision of the website. The log files are not merged with other data sources and are deleted as soon as they are no longer needed for these purposes.

We have concluded a data processing agreement with the hosting provider in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

4. SSL/TLS encryption

For security reasons, this website is only delivered over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). You can recognise it by the lock icon in your browser’s address bar.

5. Contacting us

If you contact us by email or phone, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your enquiry) in order to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions.

If your enquiry relates to a contract or to pre-contractual measures (for example a quote), the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. In all other cases, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries addressed to us, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

We delete the data once your enquiry has been fully dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations (in particular under commercial and tax law, generally six or ten years) require us to keep it longer.

6. Maps and external links

The maps on our contact page are static images created from OpenStreetMap data (© OpenStreetMap contributors) and stored on our own server. Displaying them does not establish a connection to OpenStreetMap or Google.

This website contains ordinary links to external websites, for example “Open in Google Maps” (Google Ireland Limited) and our LinkedIn page (LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company). No data is transferred to these providers until you click such a link. After that, the privacy policy of the respective provider applies.

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights with regard to your personal data:

Where we process your data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you have the right to object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will then no longer process the data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
